January 1st, 2025 – A Year of Expansion Begins

Hey lovely,

Here we are—2025. A brand new chapter, and honestly, I’ve never felt more aligned with my path. Looking back at 2024, it was a year of immense transformation, and I can feel that this year is about expansion. Expansion in my business, my personal growth, and the way I show up in this world.

December was a huge month of reflection for me. I sat with everything I had built—the retreats, the plant medicine offerings, the people I’d supported—and I realised something profound: I was no longer just healing. I was thriving. For so long, my journey was about survival, but now? Now I’m here to help others step into their power just like I have.

Lessons From the Last Month:

The Universe rewards aligned action. Every time I’ve listened to my intuition and taken a leap—whether it was launching a new retreat, shifting my social media strategy, or stepping into my power as a mentor—the universe has responded tenfold.
Rest is part of the journey. December reminded me that slowing down isn’t a setback; it’s necessary. I spent time with my family, allowed myself to just be, and in that space, clarity flowed.
Energy is everything. From the people I surround myself with to the environment I create, I’ve learned that my energy dictates everything. I’ve been fiercely protecting my peace, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer.

Looking ahead to January, I’m stepping into this year intentionally. The January Reset Retreat is coming up, and I can’t wait to guide people through that first step of transformation. I’m also laying the groundwork for my Lush Club podcast, something that’s been on my heart for months now.
